ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

It is our policy to carry out the activities of the company with due regard to protection of the environment and the earth’s natural resources.

We will strive to comply with all relevant environmental legislation, and we will follow environmental procedures when conducting operations both in-house and at client premises.

Responsibility for environmental issues has been assigned, and we will ensure that all of our employees have received sufficient training to enable them to understand and implement the procedures correctly.

We will minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.

We actively promote recycling both internally and amongst our customers and suppliers.

We are continually striving to improve our environmental performance, and the formation of partnerships with professional bodies is regarded as an important means of supporting our environmental activities.

We accept our responsibility to assist our clients in the environmental management of their premises, and we also seek support from our suppliers and sub-contractors in this matter.

This policy and the associated procedures and designated responsibilities will be kept up-to-date, in accordance with advances in environmental knowledge and technology, and changes in nature and size of the Company’s business. To ensure this, the policy will be reviewed on an annual basis as a minimum.

All employees are required to comply with their duties and to co-operate with management on all environmental issues.
